For example, some dogs might tear a toy apart within a minute, while another dog might be able to enjoy the toy for years. Therefore, always investigate the toy thoroughly and decide if the toy will be suitable for Your pet. All toys and treats also have to be used under observation, and in case of a toy breaks, make sure to fix it or replace it to prevent any hazards.

7.5. The right to complain does not cover item(s) that are without manufacturing defects - such as where a Customer feels that the product does not meet their expectations (for example, if the Customer's pet does not like sleeping in the bed or if the harness is causing chafing on the fur etc.). It is the Customers responsibility to ensure that the product fits and satisfies their pet before the product starts being used.

If the item cannot be repaired, and the same product is still available, We will send You a replacement. If the same item is no longer available, We will offer a price reduction, compensation or full refund, depending on the situation. If You would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, then please be aware that We can only replace the item, for the same colour and size of the item, subject to availability.

7.9. If the item which received complaints, is part of a set of items which was purchased at the same time, but can be used separately as individual items, then Simply Norse will not accept the return of or compensate You for the other item which does not have a manufacturing defect and therefore, is not covered by the warranty or right of complaints.

7.10. When the complained item(s) has been returned and approved, Simply Norse will compensate You. Simply Norse strives for this to happen within 30-days of Simply Norse having received the complained item, but it may take longer depending on the situation and the type of item. Simply Norse reserves the right to refuse a complaint and compensation, if it turns out that the item(s) is not faulty according to the current Consumer Protection Legislation law.
